Our friendly impartial staff will advise and walk you through our range and give you the chance to get hands on with our line of products. Being confident about your choices is important and there’s nothing more reassuring than feeling the weight of our steel/ Crittal style doors, or the reassuringly smooth opening action of our sliders.

The quote
Our price for an amazing product, service and a helpful after sales.
To begin quoting for your project we need an approximate estimate of the size of your opening and your site location. To tighten up the figure, additional details like photos and architectural drawings are very useful.
If you’re not comfortable with measuring up our friendly team are more than happy to visit you for an initial site survey and consultation.
You would then agree custom features for your project, like frame colours, glass type, door furniture finishes and styles.
The site survey
Perfection is everything.
We assess your space so we can be confident everything will go to plan on the day of installation.
A Clear Window’s surveyor would agree on a suitable time to perform a full site survey. This entails measuring up accurately and paying close attention to any subtleties that need to be addressed with you, your builder or architect. This is vital for making an initial plan for installation.
Manufacturing
Crafting your vision
This is where we get to showcase our craftsmanship, passion for our products and for your project.
We manufacture and assemble all of our products across both of our factories in London and Poland. Our experts use modern techniques and technology during the process of mitering, milling, drilling and threading to fabricate your aluminium windows and doors.
Every glass and aluminium product passes through our quality control process. We inspect each item to ensure they are accurately sized, unblemished and perfectly powder coated. Our steel products pass through the same high standards of quality control however require specialised MIG welding, grinding and polishing.
Having completed the manufacture, each item is carefully assembled and packaged for safe transport ready to be installed within your home.
Delivery
Delivery should never be the customer's problem.
Our team of courteous, professional installers are all in-house employees, so you’ll continue to experience our first class customer service and attention to detail on-site.
Our office staff will contact you in advance to arrange a mutually-convenient start-date. The installation is fairly quick. We patch and make good our installation so your decorators can add the finishing touches. We also remove all of our waste and if we’ve replaced your existing windows or doors we’ll dispose of them as a courtesy. Finally we supply you with your warranty paperwork, an extra set of keys and touch up paint.
Installation
The final touch.
Getting products to your site safe and secure is an important step. We always safely package items ensuring safe delivery. As installers we will move our products to exactly where needed on site for installation.
In rare cases where we supply to other installers, we still deliver to site. Instead of a kerbside delivery like some other companies, we still go the extra mile and manoeuvre our products where directed by the customer.
After sales
We continue to support our products well after installation. We want you to enjoy our products and we want our products to continually improve.
